Objective

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy

The Fund invests primarily in the equity securities of companies who, in AMM’s opinion, appear to be undervalued at current market prices but have significant appreciation potential for favorable long-term growth. Fund management screens a universe of thousands of domestic and foreign companies on various fundamental criteria including but not limited to: trends in earnings and revenue, return on equity and cash flows. From this narrowed group of stocks, management seeks to identify "fallen angels" or, in other words, businesses whose value is not currently reflected in the price of the security. From this list, management constructs a portfolio of what it believes are its best opportunities for capital appreciation. After making investments, the adviser monitors each holding and adjusts the portfolio as necessary to reflect changes in each company's fundamentals.
