Objective
The Fund seeks high current income with the potential for long-term capital appreciation.
Strategy
The fund invests in debt and equity securities that the adviser believes to be undervalued at current market prices. These include but are not limited to dividend paying common stocks, preferred stocks, closed-end income funds, royalty trusts, and bonds. After making investments in securities, the adviser monitors each holding and adjusts the portfolio to reflect changes in a security's fundamentals.
